Daily Itinerary

Day 1:  Home City ✈️ Beijing, China
Upon arrival at Beijing, transfer to the hotel and check in. A local guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel to check-in. The remainder of the day will be at your own leisure to enjoy.

Day 2: Beijing
After breakfast, head to the Great Wall of China (Joyungguan Gate), one of the best preserved sections of this 2,000-year-old architectural wonder. In the afternoon, visit the Ming Tombs, mausoleums built during the Ming Dynasty. Later, proceed to see the main venue of the 2008 Olympic Games, the Bird’s Nest. For dinner, enjoy Beijing’s famous Peking duck. (B/L/D)

Day 3: Beijing
After breakfast, visit the Summer Palace, the imperial resort for the royalty during the Qing Dynasty. The gardens, lakes and palaces are well-known for their design and beauty. You will also ride a boat on the lake to enjoy its breathtaking scenery. Afterward, proceed to Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world, and see the architectural design of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Later, continue to the Forbidden City, the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. (B/L/D)

Day 4: Beijing ✈️ Osaka
After breakfast, a free pick-up service is available for all flights arriving at Osaka Kansai Airport Terminal 1 from 11am to 9 pm. Please provide your flight number before the tour. We will have a guide onsite to assist you to take a free shuttle to the hotel. Travelers who arrive at the other times can take the free shuttle bus on their own to the hotel as well. Hotel check-in is available after 3pm with your passport. (B)

Day 5: Osaka – Kyoto
In the morning, visit Osaka’s landmark – the Osaka Castle. Then, head to the Osaka Fish Market- Kuromon Market. Enjoy a variety of fishery cuisine and sushi. Next, visit Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple to see roaming deer and the traditional temple. In the afternoon, proceed to Kyoto to visit the World Cultural Heritage site, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and stroll along the Ninenzaka and Sannezaka. Tonight, return to the hotel within the time designated by the tour guide. Dinner on your own arrangement. (B/L)

Day 6: Kyoto
Visit Meiji Jingu Shrine, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and the Emperor Shozo Empress of Japan. This temple has the largest archway in front of Shrine Bridge in Japan. View the tallest standing tower in the world – Tokyo Skytree from afar. Later, visit Senso-ji to admire the ancient Buddhist temple, which is the oldest temple in Tokyo. Later, enjoy the barbecue for lunch and visit Imperial Palace Nijubashi Bridge, the home of the Emperor of Japan, in the afternoon. Then, proceed to Tokyo Tower (Photo-stop) in the afternoon. In the evening, go to Ginza for shopping and touring. We will stay in Ginza no less than 90 minutes. Return to the hotel around 8 pm afterward. (B/L)

Day 7: Kyoto = Hakone – Tokyo
After breakfast, take the Shinkansen (high-speed train) to Hakone with the guide’s accompany (Baggage carried on own). After arriving in Hakone, take the bus to Oshino Hakkai, then ride a boat to see the beauty of Lake Ashi. Lake Ashi is a great place to see the awe-inspiring views of Mount Fuji. Afterwards, head to Kamakura to visit the famous World Cultural Heritage Site – Kamakura Big Buddha, a creation of the Song Dynasty style, popular during the Kamakura Period. The Buddha statue is valued as the national treasure of Japan! Then, visit the popular spots on the Michelin Tourist Guide – Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and “Hase-dera”. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Tokyo. (B/L/D)

Day 8: Tokyo
This morning, visit The Imperial Palace-Nijubashi Bridge, the home of the Emperor of Japan. Then, proceed to Meiji Jingu Shrine, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and the Empress Shoken. View the tallest broadcasting tower in the world – the Tokyo Skytree- from afar. Later, visit the Senso-ji to admire the oldest temple in Tokyo. Later, enjoy a lunch barbecue and visit the Tokyo Tower for a photo-stop. Last, take a visit to Shibuya for shopping and touring (No less than 90-minute visit.) Afterward, return to the hotel around 8 pm. (B/L)

Day 9: Tokyo
Today, enjoy a free day at leisure. No meals included. (B)

After breakfast, take a limousine bus on your own expense and arrangement to the airport for your flight home. (B)
