Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Seoul
Arrive at Seoul Incheon International Airport. For arrival between the hours of 10:30am – 9:30pm into Incheon Airport Terminal 1, you will meet the tour guide on the 1st Floor Arrival Hall at Door 12. For guests arriving at Terminal 2, please make your own way by airport terminal bus to Terminal 1 to meet the guide for a group transfer. Guests who arrive before or after the designated time can take the free hotel shuttle to the hotel at Gate14, Terminal 1. (The hotel check-in time is after 2pm) *It is an approximate 10USD/per car cost to transfer to the hotel by taxi.

Day 2: Seoul – Gangwon-do
After breakfast, visit the “Dae Jang Geum Theme Park”, which is Korea’s first TV drama theme park and one of the major shooting venues for <Dai Jang-Igma>. Afterward, you can visit Nami Island, where the Korean drama “Winter Sonata” was recorded. The island is full of meadows and walking trails. The island is where the two main characters begin and end their dramatic love story. Soyang Skywalk is a recently emerged attraction located in the middle section of the pedal lane. It is not only a beautiful viewing platform but also a good place for a photo stop. Skywalk is a transparent glass about 12 meters high from the water surface. The platform allows the illusion of walking on air and falling into the water, giving people a thrilling sensation. Then, go to Seoraksan National Park, which is one of the eastern peaks of South Korea located in a famous tourist attraction in Gangwon-do. Also known as snow-capped mountains, each year it snows early and remains there for a long time. Afterwards, visit Shinhungsa Temple. Dinner to the hotel to rest. (B/L/D)

Day 3: Gangwon-do – Seoul
After breakfast, visit the Imperial Palace of the Joseon Dynasty – Gyeongbokgung Palace, National Museum of Folklore, and watch the changing of the guards ceremony from the Joseon Dynasty. Later, go to Bukchon Hanok Village. It is a well-preserved 600-year-old Korean traditional residential area in Seoul. The village is best known for its eight views of Bukchon. Afterward, visit the N Seoul Tower (Photo stop). Then, visit one of Korea’s most representative spots- Namdaemun Market for shopping. Then, check out the Trick Eye 3D Art Museum before dinner. Return to the hotel and rest afterward. (B/L/D)

Day 4: Seoul
After the breakfast, free leisure day in the city of Seoul. The rest of meals, please arrange on own. (B)

Day 5: Seoul ✈️ Chiang Mai
After breakfast, you can take the bus on own expense (USD15/per person) to Incheon Airport (Buses will run for the flight departing time between 10:00am to 20:30pm) to transfer to Chiang Mai. The rest of time is on your own arrangement.

Day 6: Chiang Mai
After breakfast, proceed to the Maetaeng Elephant Camp, where you can have an up-close experience with the elephant. Ride an elephant with a tropical view and enjoy activities such as painting show from the elephant, bamboo rafting, ox cart rides, get to learn Thailand’s rural way of life, and more. Enjoy the buffet lunch at the elephant camp. Afterward, visit the Kayan tribe. People who live here are known for wearing neck rings for years to lengthen their necks until they get married. Later on, visit Wat Ban Den. It is so called – Blue Temple, which is named due to the color of the main structure. Last stop, head to Elephant Poopoo Paper Park. This park creates a paper by the poo from elephants, in order to maintain and keep a good eco-friendly environment. After,  DIY a bookmark at the park. Today’s dinner is arranged on own.  (B/L)

Day 7: Chiang Mai
This morning, head out for a tour of Chiang Mai. Drive up the serpentine road to the magnificently situated Wat Doi Suthep. Perched on a forested mountain, this most sacred Chiang Mai Temple provides a superb view over the city, as well as a wealth of images and frescos. Then visit the summer palace of the royal family of Thailand- Pu Ping Palace. A royal winter palace where the Thai royal comes to enjoy the nice weather that Chiang Mai got to offer during the winter. As it located in the mountain and is in the north region, the weather is incredibly nice compared to Bangkok or in a town. You will be surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens that will make your day better from the smell. However, it is important to remember no shorts or any reveal clothes at the palace. Enjoy the Empress/Dongtan buffet for lunch. Afterward, take a ride on Tuk Tuk, the traditional public transportation in Thailand. While on the ride, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the city. Tour the night market in Chiang Mai. Along the road, there are many vendors selling fruits, snacks and art crafts. Return to the hotel afterward. Today’s dinner is arranged on own. (B/L)

Day 8: Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai
After breakfast, head to Baan Tawai Village located 25 kilometers from the outskirts of Chiang Mai. There are several family craft workshops. The whole village is engaged in wood carving, where you can know more about the wood carving process and buy the art crafts. After lunch, head to Chiang Rai and visit Wat Rong Khun, which is known to foreigners as the White Temple, is a contemporary, unconventional, privately-owned art exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple in Chiang Rai Province, Enjoy The Imp Golden Triangle Thai cuisine for dinner. After dinner, experience the tradition of flying sky lantern (2 people share 1 lantern) to pray for the good fortune. (B/L/D)

Day 9: Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai
After breakfast, take a boat ride on the Mekong River. Visit the Golden Triangle area, which is the junction of Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand. It is the preferred tourist area for many tourists to come to Chiang Rai. Later, proceed to Laos Island. Feel the exotic atmosphere. After lunch, watch the Golden Triangle Archway and the Golden Triangle Buddha. The Buddha faces east and seems peaceful and full of happiness and well-being. Here you can feel the different style of Northern Thailand. After, visit the Golden Triangle Opium History Museum, which shows the origin of opium. This place serves a mission of warning future generations to be alert to the impact of drugs on the harmful effects of drugs on illegal drugs and provide scholars with research and discussion materials. The museum carries on a huge educational significance. Then, return to Chiang Mai. Today’s dinner is on your own arrangement. (B/L)

Day 10: Leave Chiang Mai
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to fly back to the home city. End of the journey. (Depart at 09:00 am) (B)
