Day 1: Arrive in Istanbul(IST)
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport in Turkey, transfer to the hotel with our receptionist’s assistance. The hotel check-in time is after 2pm.
Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Esentepe or Pullman Istanbul or similar

Day 2: Istanbul/Kayseri-Cappadocia
After breakfast, visit the Sultan Ahmet Camii, which is definitely a must-see regardless of how much time you have in the city. Next, you will visit one of Istanbul’s most renowned structures, the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. Just down the road from the Blue Mosque is the Basilica Cistern, a “sunken palace” that lies beneath the surface of Istanbul’s streets. Lunch is on your arrangement today. Then, visit the Grand Bazaar. It is the historic center of shopping and commerce in the city. Fly to Kayseri and transfer Cappadocia upon arrival. (B/D)

Day 3: Cappadocia
This morning, you can take a hot-air balloon at your own expense, $360/pp. Cappadocia was selected as one of the top ten beautiful places on the earth by National Geographic magazine. It is one of the three most suitable places to take a hot air balloon on the earth. After breakfast, visit Goreme Open Air Museum, it is known as the knowledge and thought of Cappadocia, and one of the most special places with its monastery which lives for years. The story of the valley started in the 4th century AD, at the early Christian periods and was the center of the education and training system until the 13th Century. Afterwards, visit the Kaymakli Underground City. It is the biggest and deepest underground settlement in the Cappadocia region and carved from the soft volcanic stone that are connected with each other by narrow tunnels. Visitors may visit stalls, stables, stores, refectories, churches, wineries, kitchens and the other sections. The Fairy Chimneys are one of the most magical and unique landscapes in Cappadocia. Stone pillars of different shapes rose from the ground, with strange hats on their heads so that people think that the elves live in it. Next, go to the carpet shop with the unique local crafts. Later on, visit the Avanos Town which is famous for pottery. (B/L/D)

Day 4: Cappadocia-Kayseri/Istanbul
After breakfast, visit Goreme Open Air Museum, it is known as the knowledge and thought of Cappadocia, and one of the most special places with its monastery which lives for years. The story of the valley started in the 4th century AD, at the early Christian periods and was the center of the education and training system until the 13th Century. Afterwards, visit the Kaymakli Underground City. It is the biggest and deepest underground settlement in the Cappadocia region and carved from the soft volcanic stone that are connected with each other by narrow tunnels. Visitors may visit stalls, stables, stores, refectories, churches, wineries, kitchens and the other sections. Fly to Istanbul afterwards. (B/L/D)

Day 5: Leave Istanbul
After breakfast, have a PCR test(the expenses need be paid extra). After lunch, visit Topkapi Palace, which is particularly important for the Chamber of Holy Relics where Blessed Mantle and Holy Banner are kept in their golden chests.Then, have a boat excursion up the Bosphorus. A stay in Istanbul is not complete without a traditional and unforgettable boat excursion up the Bosphorus. Afterwards, transfer to airport and fly back home. (B)

Remarks

* Travelers must hold a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 48 hours before departure, a vaccination certificate showing full vaccination and a travel insurance cover for COVID-19.
* Turkey is a country where tipping is popular. Generally, it is recommended to give about 1 dollar or 1 lira at a time to restaurant waiters, baggage porters, room attendants, etc..
* Our group provides assistance regarding PCR Tests: for flight back to USA/Canada (the expenses need be paid extra, each time around $40/pp).
*The tour fee includes the round trip air tickets between Istanbul and Kayseri with luggage of 15kg per peson each way.
* If you want to take part in optional tours, please let us know when you sign up for the package tour.
