Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Osaka
Free pick-up service is available for flights, which arrive from 11 am to 9 pm at Osaka Kansai Airport Terminal 1. Please provide your flight number before the tour. We will have a guide onsite to assist you to take a hotel shuttle or train to the hotel, please come to the meeting point for pick up: South Arrival Gate, T1, Kansai Airport. Travelers who arrive at the other times can transfer to the hotel on your own arrangement & expense. The hotel check-in is available after 3pm with your passport.

Day 2: Osaka – Kyoto
In the morning, visit the Osaka Fish Market-Kuromon Market and enjoy a variety of fishery cuisine and sushi. Afterwards, visit Osaka’s landmark – Osaka Castle Park (not go up). Then, free time to wander along the iconic Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori shopping streets with an array of fabulous selection of fashionable boutiques. Later on, transfer to Gion Area, Kyoto. Visit Yasaka Shrine, the shrine is almost always buzzing with energy, with eager devotees flocking to receive blessings and pray for good fortune. Walk on Hanamachi Street, the most stylish geisha district in Japan from the Edo period. In the evening, you may see some geishas passing by on the street. Dinner is on your own arrangement. (B/L)

Day 3: Kyoto
Spend the day at leisure to explore all of the delights of Kyoto on your own.
Or, participate in the optional tour of Iga, Nara and Uji with lunch,$99/pp. Pick up details to be advised locally.
First, head to Iga to visit the Ninja Museum of Igaryu. The Iga-ryu Ninja Museum houses many texts relating to ninjutsu and is a unique ninja museum unequaled anywhere else in the world. You can also enjoy a Ninja Combat Show, Shuriken, swords, and kusarigama are used in this exciting display (In non-performance days, the show will be instead by tea ceremony experience in Uji). Afterwards, proceed to Nara, visit Nara Park where it’s full of very playful and friendly deer. Make sure to experience the beautiful view in Kasuga Taisha Shrine displaying over 3,000 antique hanging bronze and stone lanterns. Then, transfer to Uji. Walk along the matcha street with a strong cultural atmosphere. On both sides of the street are pure Japanese-style courtyards. Here you can experience the most authentic Uji matcha, matcha ice cream and Japanese sweets, as well as various creative restaurants. (B)

Day 4: Kyoto=Tokyo
In the morning, proceed to Arashiyama Area. Enjoy some of Kyoto’s most picturesque scenery there. Visit Togetsukyo Bridge and walk through Bamboo Forest. Then, visit the Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a World Cultural Heritage site and the oldest temple in Kyoto, and stroll along the Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka Streets. Afterwards, transfer to Tokyo by Shinkansen (high-speed train) (baggage carried on own). Dinner is on your own arrangement.. (B/L)

Day 5: Tokyo
In the morning, visit Meiji Shrine, nestled in a beautiful forested area that honors the first Emperor of modern Japan and his Empress. Then, visit the Imperial Palace Out Gardens, Imperial Palace is the home of the Emperor of Japan. The view of the famous Nijubashi Bridge is highlight of the garden. Later on, watch the tallest standing tower in the world – Tokyo Skytree from afar and visit Senso-ji Temple, which is the oldest temple in Tokyo, surrounded by imposing gates and the vibrant stalls of Nakamise Dori, Sensoji is a must-see destination during your trip in Japan. Afterwards, enjoy your time in Kabukicho Area, it is a must-see destination for young people and foreign visitors and is becoming more family-friendly. With over 4,000 bars, restaurants, clubs and convenience stores, there is a lot to choose from in such a small area. Dinner is on your own arrangement. (B/L)

Day 6: Tokyo
Spend the day at leisure to explore all of the delights of Tokyo on your own. Or, participate in the optional tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone with lunch, $120/pp. Pick up details to be advised locally. First, visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, located halfway up the mountain (If weather not permitting, go to Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center instead). Later, take a boat to see the beauty of Lake Ashi. Lake Ashi is a great place to see the views of Mount Fuji. Afterwards, take Hakone Ropeway to see the beautiful natural sights of the surrounding areas. Then, transfer back to Tokyo and enjoy your night time in Shibuya. (B)

Day 7: Leave Tokyo
After breakfast, take limousine bus on your own expense and arrangement from the hotel to the airport for the home bound flight. The end of journey. (B)
