Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Home City  ✈️ Lima
Upon arrival in Lima, capital city of Peru, transfer directly to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Will provide lunch for early arrival tour members. (D)

Day 2: Lima
Today you will enjoy a full day Lima city tour. The tour will take you to visit the colonial sections of this so-called “City of Kings”. Colonial sites include the lovely Plaza de Armas with Lima’s Cathedral and palace. After then, transfer to Pueblo Libre District, a middle class community with its name means “Free Town” or “Free People” In Pueblo Libre, we will visit the colonial style Mansion – Casa de Aliaga which is the oldest building that has been home to the same family for 17 generations. Then we will go inside the Larco Museum to see the pre-Columbian artifacts. Free leisure time this afternoon for self-exploring. We will enjoy the buffer dinner with traditional Peruvian live show before returning to the hotel for rest.  (B/L/D)

Day 3: Lima  ✈️ Nazca Line – Paracas
This morning we will take a coach bus down to Paracas which is well known for its 592 ft tall geoglyph – Paracas Candelabra. From there you will be transferred to Pisco Airport to board an airplane for a tour to mysterious Nazca Lines. These lines are a large groups of giant geoglyphs etched into the ground between 500B.C and A.D 500. After then, will head back to Paracas for check-in. Afternoon free for leisure. Dinner at hotel. Day 4: Paracas 🚢 Ballastas Islands – Lima
Today you will explore more of the Paracas by boarding a boat to enjoy the Ballestas Islands boat tour. Ballestas Islands are the oldest marine reserve of Peru. Upon arrival, you will have a chance to view a variety of wild marine animals around the islands such as seals, sea lions, pelicans, Humboldt penguins and dolphins. After tour, back to hotel for lunch and departs to Lima. (B/L/D)

Day 5: Lima ✈️ Cusco – Sacred Valley
Today we head to the airport for the brief flight to capital of the ancient Inca Empire – Cusco, nestled high in the Andes Mountains. The tour visits important landmarks such as, Main Square, Cusco’s Cathedral, San Pedro Market, San Blas Bohemian neighborhood, Convent of Santo Domingo, Koricancha “Temple of the Sun”. In addition, Sacsayhuaman Fortress just a few minutes outside Cusco. It was built using colossal limestone blocks arranged in a variety of interlocking shapes. The fortress is an imposing example of Inca military architecture. After tour, transfer to Sacred Valley for overnight. Dinner at the hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 6: Sacred Valley 🚆 Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes
This morning from Ollanta Tran Station, we will take a Vistadome train through the mountains to Aguas Calientes. This town is also known as “Machu Picchu Pueblo” and is the last stop before the entrance to the most important archaeological site in Peru, Machu Picchu. Upon reaching Aguas Calientes station, we board a shuttle bus for a short trip up to Machu Picchu, the masterpiece of engineering and architecture that is believed to have been the sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Emperor Pachacutec. Machu Picchu, or “Old Mountain”, is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. We will have a guided tour of the site. After tour, will go back to Aguas Calientes and stay overnight. You will have time to explore this beautiful little town by yourself. Dinner at the hotel. (B/D)

Day 7: Aguas Calientes 🚆 Cusco
Free leisure time in the morning, you can continue explore the town or relax at the hotel. After lunch, we will say goodbye to Machu Picchu and head back to Cusco by train. Buffet dinner with live folk show at local restaurant. (B/L/D)
Hotel: Costa Del Sol Ramada by Wyndham or similar

Day 8: Cusco ✈️ Home City
After enjoying the hotel breakfast, transfer to the Cusco airport for flight back to home city. This fantastic journey has come to an end. (B)
