Daily Itinerary

Day 1:  Home City ✈️ Beijing, China
Upon arrival in Beijing, transfer to the hotel and check in. The remainder of the day will be at yours to enjoy.

Day 2: Beijing
In the morning, visit the famous Great Wall of China. You will visit the Juyong Pass of the Wall, one of the three famous passes, was a solid stronghold encircling a valley. Enjoy a walk on the wall and seeing rugged mountain scenery as it is beautiful, and the fort and perimeter wall have been restored to their original glory. The Wall was listed as a World UNESCO Heritage site in 1987. Later, head to the Olympic Park where the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games took place. The park was designed to contact ten venues, the Olympic Village, and other supporting facilities. See the Bird’s Nest, the National Stadium, which is situated in Olympic Green Village. Transfer back to the hotel and the remaining of the day will be yours to enjoy or opt for an optional tour. (B/L)

Day 3: Beijing
Today, the entire day will be at your own leisure to enjoy or opt for an optional tour. (B)

Day 4: Beijing – Xian
In the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Xian. Upon arrival, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. It attracts numerous visitors for its fame in the Buddhist religion and its simple but appealing style of construction. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is rated as a National Key Cultural Relic Preserve as well as an AAAA Tourist Attraction. In the afternoon, pass by the Bell Tower and visit the Ancient City Wall, the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Day 5: Xian
In the morning, visit the famous Terra Cotta Warrior Museum. It is a super large collection of life-size terra cotta sculptures in battle formations, reproducing the mega imperial guard troops of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the first unified dynasty of Imperial China. Being the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Terracotta Army is no doubt a must-see for every visitor to Xian. In the afternoon, visit the Shaanxi History Museum, regarded as ‘the pearl of ancient dynasties and house of Chinese treasures’, gives a miniature overview of the thousands of years of Chinese history and the splendid ancient cultures of olden times. Day 6: Xian – Guilin
This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, visit the Elephant Trunk Hill, a landmark of Guilin. The hill looks like a giant elephant drinking water from the river. There are not only many spectacular natural scenes around the hill, but also some ancient constructions. Tonight, see the Mirage Guilin show. Inspired by the beautiful landscape and unique minority heritage of Guilin, and with extraordinary artistic design and state-of-the art special effects, the show presents a breathtaking entertainment experience to the audience. (B/L/D)

Day 7: Guilin – Yangshuo
In the morning, visit the Guilin Yaoshan Scenic Attraction. It is famed for spectacular views, diverse wildlife, and ancient tombs. The scenic area boasts diverse karst landscapes, the world’s largest natural image of a recumbent Buddha, and also many historical relics like: ancient temples, and the Mausoleums of Jingjiang Princes. Continue to visit the Shangri-la Park. It is a beautiful garden centered on Yanzi Lake and features beautiful landscapes such as a lotus pond, peach trees and Yanzi Cave. Board a wooden boat and sails on Yanzi Lake which reflects the long bridge, small halls and towers on the shores. Arrive in Yangshuo and visit the West Street. West Street is the oldest street in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years. Visiting West Street, you will be surrounded by an array of traditional folk and amazing international elements. Various shops, craftworks shops, painting and calligraphy stores, backpack shops, cafes, and Chinese Kung Fu academies jostle for attention. (B/L/D)

Day 8: Yangshuo – Guilin
This morning, visit the Xingping Ancient Town. It is celebrated for its natural scenery and ancient cultural heritage in China, and it boasts of being the most beautiful ancient town along the Li River. After, head to the pier and take a Cruise on the Li River. Gorgeous Karst peaks give you surprises at each bend of the limpid river under the blue sky. Water buffalo patrol the fields, peasants reap rice paddies, school kids and fisherman float by on bamboo rafts. With its breathtaking scenery and taste of a life far removed from the concrete metropolis, the scenery along the river become one of China’s top tourist destinations. Return back to Guilin and visit the Reed Flute Cave. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition. Illuminated by colored lighting, the fantastic spectacle is found in many variations along this 240-meter-long cave. (B/L/D)

Day 9: Guilin ✈️ Home City
Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home as your trip comes to an end. (B)
