Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Depart from USA
Depart from USA for Ha Noi, Vietnam.
On the flight

Day 2: Arrive in Ha Noi (HAN)
Upon your arrival at Ha Noi, transfer to the hotel with our receptionist’s assistance. Then, you can enjoy your free day. The hotel check-in time is after 2pm.  ( / )

Day 3: Ha Noi – Halong Bay
After breakfast, visit One Pillar Pagoda. This Buddhist wooden pagoda was built in the middle of a lotus pond on a single stone pillar by the Emperor Ly Thai To in 1049. Archives suggest it was built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy, who answered the Emperor’s prayers for a male heir. Then, transfer to the grandiose Ba Dinh square and visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex. This complex includes Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, Ho Chi Minh Museum, which is a must-visit places in Hanoi, especially for those who are interested in contemporary history of Vietnam. After lunch, proceed to Halong Bay.  (B/L)

Day 4: Halong Bay – Ha Noi
After breakfast, visit Halong Bay by boat (around 4 hours, extra charge for overtime), the seascape of Ha Long Bay is synonymous with Vietnam. Cruises sail emerald green waters among thousands of rugged islands and islets. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as your lunch on boat. Then, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, which is admired for its beauty as well as insight into the daily life of Hanoians. The Old Quarter is a single square kilometre comprised of 36 streets. Since the 15th century, each street has been home to artisans and craftsmen who traded in the specific merchandise for which their street was named. Today, the charm of these streets still remains. Visit Ngoc Son Temple, situated on a small tree-sheltered island on the north side of Hoan Kiem Lake.  (B/L/D)

Day 5: Ha Noi /Hue-Da Nang
After breakfast, fly to Hue, visit Hue Imperial City. Famously being one of Vietnam’s seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Imperial City of Hue has long been a must-see attraction for tourists visiting a hidden charm of Vietnam. Next, visit Tomb of Tu Duc. This tomb is the most popular, imposing and impressive of the royal mausoleums, designed by Emperor Tu Duc himself before his death. Then, visit the An Dinh Palace, which built as a magnificent ancient European castle, with traditional royal decorative motifs. Later on, transfer to Da Nang, visit Son Tra Peninsula to catch the stupendous views of My Khe Beach to the south and the Hai Van Pass to the north.  (B/L/D)

Day 6: Da Nang – Hoi An – Da Nang
Today, transfer to Hoi An, take boat to visit the Cam Thanh(2 people in 1 basket boat), enjoy the lush green color of the coconut forest along the river. Then, enjoy your time by walking around the Hoi An Ancient Town, which remaining its ancient beauty from its roads to its architectural works. Visit Chua Cau Bridge, Cantonese Assembly Hall and Museum of Folklore.  (B/L)

Day 7: Da Nang/ Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, fly to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, enjoy city tour of the city. Visit the charming Saigon Central Post Office, Take a stroll inside, where you’ll find a massive foyer flanked by rows of Victorian era wooden phone booths, historic maps on the walls. Opposite is the Notre Dame Cathedral, which is a peaceful oasis in the busy downtown area. Later on, enjoy your time in Pham Ngu Lao Street. Cheap cafes, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops present here make this a favourite haunt of locals and tourists alike.  (B/L)

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City
Today, you will visit the Reunification Palace, The palatial estate was the residential and administrative quarters of the President of South Vietnam. These days, visitors can walk the halls and meeting rooms, upholstered in red carpet. Then, transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels (about 1.5-2 hours on foot), the Cu Chi District is home to a network of over 250 kilometers used by the Viet Cong to evade American and South Vietnamese forces during the Vietnam War. Next, visit on Saigon River by speedboat, staying on the boat, you may have time to see the city. Later on, enjoy your time in Nguyen Hue Walking Street(If weather not permitting, change to bus tour instead).  (B/L)

Day 9: Leave Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)
