If I don’t know which agent carries Charming Holidays tour products in my area, what should I do?
You may find the travel agent contact information on the top right hand corner of the main page. You may also contact our Customer Service Representatives at (626) 300-8878 for help in locating a travel agent close to you.
What is not included in the price of the tour packages?
Expenses for personal use are not included in price of the tour packages, such as telephone, laundry, drink, mail, water, insurance, over weight surcharge for baggage, etc. All optional activities & excursions not included in itinerary. Taxes, fuel surcharges, visas are not included in the price. Tips for tour escort & tour guide, drivers are not included. We are not responsible for you being rejected to enter the destination country with or without a valid visa, if any fees or penalties accrued, it is your liability. Surcharges caused by personal reason, traffic congestion, strike, bad weather, unpredictable conditions or Acts of God, are not included in the price.
How can I make a reservation and pay?
Please take your valid travel document to your preferred travel agent for reservation and payment. A deposit of $300 is required to reserve the seat. After reserving the seat, please pay in full within 7 days. If departure date is within 45 days to the reservation date, full payment must be made in 2 days. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to cancel your reservation if payment has not been received in full during the specified period.
If I have a friend or relative who resides outside the U.S., can he/she join the same Charming Holidays tour?
Yes. If your friends or relatives would like to join the same tour as yours, you may make the reservation and payment in behalf of them for “Land Only” packages. And, your friends or relatives are responsible to purchase a round trip air ticket to and from the destination on their own. They will meet with our tour escort/guide in the specified time, date, and point for reunion.
How can I check the weather & temperature of the destination and what do I need to bring for travel?
You may find weather information under the “Travel Information” section for worldwide weather & temperature. You may also find the suggested items to bring for your travel in the “What to bring” section.
Can I use my cellular phone in Europe, Asia and Africa?
The general tri-band phone system in the U.S. is GSM. You may use your GSM cellular phone in most of the countries worldwide, except Japan. As the functions of cellular phone vary, it is recommend for you to check with your cellular phone service provider for more information.
Can I accumulate the flying mileage to my frequent flying mileage program?
For most of the group tickets, you may not be able to accumulate its flying mileage into the mileage program. However, you may check with the airlines for more information.
